• Can you tell us a little about your shop or service and what inspired you to start it?

My wife and i opened Tasty Manoush & Pizza because we are passionate about food and love serving customers. As a chef by trade i take pride in crafting delicious, high-quality meals that people can enjoy every day. We started our business in 2022 and due to our amazing customers and community support we were able to open our second branch here in Carnes Hill marketplace. Its been an incredible journey and we are excited to keep sharing our love for food and everyone!!

• What’s in season or really popular right now with shoppers?

All our Manoush and Pizzas are popular as they are made fresh to order; but we tend to see more sales on cheese and meat manoush, triple cheese pide, and Perri Perri Chicken Pizza

• What’s your favourite thing in-store at the moment?
  

Right now, our favourite has to be Tandoori Chicken Pizza- it's been a hit with our customers!! The combination of of the Tandoori sauce with the roasted capsicum and grilled chicken makes it absolutely delicious.

Friendly, Humble, and patient.... Oh, and absolutely passionate about pizza!!

At Tasty Manoush & Pizza we offer a delicious variety of Manoush, Pides, mini pastries, pizzas, and dessert. What makes us unique is our commitment to fresh ingredients, authentic flavours, and traditional baking techniques. Whether you are craving a classic manoush for breakfast, a perfectly baked pide for lunch, or a mouth watering pizza for dinner. We have got something for everyone.

•  What’s the best part of your job? 

The best part of my job is seeing happy customers enjoy our food and hearing great feedback!! There is nothing more rewarding than knowing that something we made put a smile on someone's face

• Do you have local customers you know by name, or like to have a chat with?

Yes, we have many regular customers we know by name! Some of them even sit outside wait for their order because we already know their usual . Its always great to have a chat and build those connections. It makes our shop feel like a real part of the community.

• What is the funniest or most unusual request you’ve ever had from a customer?

One of the funniest requests we have had was a customer asking for a meal with no carbs in a pizza shop!! We had a good laugh and did our best to find him something That fit their request!! But lets just say Pizza and carbs go hand in hand!!
